In 2009, we formed a family medicine group, the GMF Omni-Plateau, in collaboration with the Clinique médicale du Plateau and the Clinique médicale Champlain
Through this partnership, the GMF Omni-Plateau offers an emergency clinic service (evenings and weekends) for all patients enrolled in one of the three clinics. For access to the emergency clinics, visit our Appointments tab.

In 2013, the GMF Omni-Plateau won the Minister’s Coup de coeur excellence award for its exemplary organization model, based on group practice and interdisciplinarity, helping to promote accessibility of care and providing the best services to the patient.
