The GMF Omni-Plateau offers a walk-in clinic service for patients enrolled in one of its three clinics (OmniClinique de l’Outaouais, Clinique médicale du Plateau, Clinique médicale Champlain). The service is offered evenings and weekends, every day of the year!

Registration (online) is for a same-day consultation during walk-in clinics.

Before registering, please check which clinic offers the service on the chosen date. To do so, call the FMG info-line at 819-777-2666.

Have your health insurance card (RAMQ) on hand.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you cannot attend your appointment. This could allow another patient to see a member of our medical team!

Please note that a $30 fee may be charged for any appointment missed without a 24-hour notice (except in case of unforeseen circumstances).
